Here's a nice hair dryer with a lot of features. But what really got our attention was the EMF measurements. You probably know that the motor and heater in hand-held electric hair dryers put out 500-900 mG up close. That's a strong field on your head, even for relatively short exposure. With this unit, the field at the motor was 450 mG. At 1 foot distance, it was only 0.9 mG. At the full 4 foot hose length it was a meager 0.1 mG.

It turns on automatically when handle is withdrawn from the cradle. The convenient front dial let you adjusts the air flow to your comfort level.
